Hi, today was the CHSSC module test. It was easy i would say though i got only 68%. 65% is the passing criteria. It was very easy for EC students and many of them got 90, 92, 95, 96 and one 100% is also there in our class. I actually made 3 silly mistakes. The exam was of 25 questions so i lost about 15 % there.

Many people have doubts like they wrote right answers but still got very low marks. Infact 40 % from our class have failed. They have to appear for retest after 3 calender days which means on Saturday. The test was not that difficult but we have to read the questions properly. There would be some hidden data, thats all. The PF module which started today is of 4 days and so its test will be on monday.

    Hi buddy, had a little query, i have heard that there is a project to be completed along with the PF module.

    Is it so? If so then what is the duration of the project and when is it suppose to be submitted? I mean you a PF module test on monday and the project has to be submitted along with it?

    hi chintan,
    iam one of those who havent got their doj yet.I have applied for the passport but havent received it yet. but now i have had to shift my residence unfortunately. so my passsport and infosys will only have my old address. wat shud i do about that? there may not be enough time for me to change the address on the passport. so wat can i do about it? will that be a prob? will i have to submit any other address proof

    @Nisha...

    No, that rule is for compre tests only... In module tests, you just have to reappear and if you fail in that too, then the higher of both the tests would be considered for calculating ur CGPA...

    @Anonymous.. .

    Only multiple choice objective type questions are asked. I wont call them difficult at all.. infact it was too easy for EC people and i made some silly mistakes as i said otherwise it was very easy...

    @Mohan...

    You will have to change ur address in their databases otherwise the hard copy (service agreement) will be delivered to your old address.

    For passport, only the proof of having applied will do. You can make ur own arrangements for getting it delivered to your new address. Cant help you with that..

  10. Chintan Patel

    ya, you have to do a project but its a separate module.. its not with PF.. .this is just a 4 days module...

    @Anonymous...

    yes, you have 25% negative marking.. the marks for each question were not told to us and the final result was also displayed in % terms.. so cant know the weightage of marks...

    @Anuj...

    Yes, its all modules combine as the semester exam has all subjects..

    it is at the end of all modules in generic and stream training.. If you fail once, you can reappear but if you fail again, you are out...

    Hi thanks for the earlier reply. I wanted to know whether infosys gives a few days holiday to prepare for the compre. or is it held immediately after completion of the last module.

  12. Chintan Patel

    officially they only give 1 day off which is mentioned in the schedule also.. if you get sat or sun with it then your good luck... otherwise its only one day...
